Roma Pizza Pasta - Nashville

Driver pulled n sat in the car as I waited for him to bring my pizza to me he stated he didn’t want his car stolen ok you a driver you supposed to come to my door also I ordered a small meat lovers all I taste is meat barley can’t taste the sauce n cheese they just put the meat on top like make my pizza the correct way guys

Update: place reached out and apologized and provided stellar customer service. Could have just been an off night. We all have them. The character they showed after shines.Place is straight trash. Ordered a gyro and they literally maybe had 5% meat in it and stuffed the rest with lettuce. I asked for sauce on the side and I guess that means no sauce at All. Never again from this place

Roma's Pizza is very tasty and somewhat healthy. Customer service is very low. The cleanliness of the buildings is absurd the ability to be able to serve food from a building that looks like it was renovated in the 40s. The atmosphere is not friendly and the feeling of being served by a person that looks at the food and yourself as the same.

I called said “Hi I was wondering if I could place an order for delivery?”. The man said “ what?”. I repeated myself he goes on to say “Well duh that’s what we do”. Like what ????? I’m not sure if he was joking or not but there was no laugh afterwards, or “i’m just playing” or anything so I took as he was being serious. Please don’t get disrespectful over the phone when somebody asks you a simple question that could’ve easily been answered w/ a yes. If I would’ve responded w/ MY ATTITUDE, the both of our nights would’ve been ruined. I more than likely won’t be ordering from here again.

The pizza and wings were sooooo good and freshly made it was hot and so delicious I know it is the best pizza I had anywhere
