Bidrage med feedbackI had visited Meet Noodles once when they newly opened several years ago but haven't been back since. So when a friend decided to get together and grab lunch, I was game. They have their own parking lot which is great! It was a really pretty day so wedecided to sit out on the deck. I had a little difficulty with ordering as the server wasn't understanding my dietary needs. Itwas only after using my limited mandarin did we finally get on the same page although she was still dismissive of my request. SoI just decided to order from the make your own bowl. I just wanted a soup bowl and therefore got the Tom Yum broth $4 (filledhalfway), Sirloin $3 for 3 small square pieces of meat, Bok Choy $1.50 for 1 small stalk cut in half, Fish Cake $1.50 for 1 tinycube sliced in half. My friend ordered the Pickled Fish Noodles. I had more communication problems regarding the amount ofbroth and was given a different broth. It was only after my friend spoke to the server in Mandarin about the limited amount ofbroth did she explain that broth only bowls are filled to half a bowl. She claimed that she gave me an extra bowl of the sameseafood Soup but I clearly didn't get that (as shown in the picture) The color was like my friend's broth and the taste was verybland but I was too exhausted to argue so I just dumped it into the main bowl and told the server not to bother cos I'm nevercoming back anyway. PS They have a sign on their door that they need Part Time servers. Food Quality 4* Portion Size2* Service 1* OVERALL 2* There's a lot of potential for improvement.
1st time and was disappointed. I have written other reviews on this site for another Ramen place. I would suggest going there first. (Otaku). They were closed at it was Sunday. Not terrible just not outstanding. Service was subpar. If not for anotherwaiter checking on us would have been terrible. After we left I asked my daughter to rate between the two between 1 and 10. Shesaid this place was a 6 the other was a 9. Reason for the 3 star. I will try one more time to give a chance and try anotherRamon. I had the seafood Ramon. No depth in the broth and seafood not impressed. To finish it off. My bill was $52.99. I gave a$100 and waited for change. He brought back two 20s, a 5, and 2 ones. Even when service is bad and food is subpar, I try tosupport the wait staff. It is how the make a leaving. But a rookie mistake on change giving. Fortunately I had a 10 in mypocket. So overall you might give it a try. But Nashville has better Ramon places to offer.
This restaurant makes amazing noodles! I definitely recommend the beef and tomato noodles, they are just absolutely delicious! The staff is also amazing and so kind. This restaurant is truly one of the best in Nashville and is a definite must try!
My mom spoke Chinese with the waitress who took order for us, but the waitress ignored her. The waitress kept speaking English who, by the way, was a Chinese, couldn't even take my order in English...... She's very rude and disrespectful. However, Iwould give 5 star for the food. It's pretty authentic, except the noodles are machine made, not handmade. I will probably askthem to do 1/2 salt next time, it's very salty. I drank 2 bottles of water and a cup of tea afterwards.... Overall, the foodis good but the service.
Meet Noodles provided excellent food in a comfortable and authentic environment. The portions were plentiful and the dishes were flavorful. I had a cup of hot rose tea that was fragrant, sweet, and unique. The Steak Noodles dish had so many layers offlavor. The broth was hearty with a light spice to it. The steak was tender, and the baby bok choy was not over cooked; stillhad a freshness and light crunch to it. And, of course, there were plenty of noodles! ???? I will definitely be back to tryother unique offerings.
