Jonathon meet us as we rode up...NICE guy... the hotel was very nice, clean and well located. no pool and no guest laundry was a bummer. But it is close to just about everything Nashville !Rooms: 5/5

The staff was great, but unfortunately the room was not. Immediately walking in the room feels wet with humidity. The carpet and beds felt moist even though the AC was set to 60. The worst part about the room were the bugs in the bathroom ?? we had to wear socks the whole time in the room and the bottom of our feet were brown from the dirty carpet. Very upset with how much we spent on the room, thankfully we were only here 2 days.

If I can give this hotel a zero star I will . They are so rude . They charge $345 a night and the room is trash. I’m from nyc so I know quality. They should not work in costumer service because the attitude is disrespectful towards guest. They also charge $50 a night for parking. The one thing I must say the guys that park our car was super sweet. Also after they were so rude I wanted my money back and wanted to book some where new. I booked my room 8 minutes right when I was in the front of the hotel so excited to stay there. And after them being so rude I wanted to leave but they straight up said no . Also every double tree hotel I stay at give u a chocolate chip cookie I never even was offer a cookie

Great location downtown. But beware of the valet service. It sucks. Self park is the way to go. Multiple people waited HOURS to get their cars at checkout. We had to basically harass valet to get our cars. I am aware that the valet is outsourced. They need to consider going with a different company. But the hotel itself had great service at the front desk and the restaurant. And I love that there was a Starbucks on site as well.

The rooms are nice inside but you can hear everything going on all the down the hall. Great location. Walking distance to all the great bars! Would definitely stay again.Rooms: 3/5
