Bidrage med feedbackThe staff was incredibly rude. I ordered online for pickup, there were no hosts, although there was a waiting time on the sign. The bartender saw my sister and I just went away when I approached the bar. I waited 10 minutes and she came back three times and ignored me. There were only 2 people at the bar and 4 tables throughout the restaurant. My sister was able to find where she took orders and Alexandria helped us happily. I would like to add three more employees who went and ignored, including the manager who went over 6 times. Yes I was mad enough to count. Maybe promote Alexandria and have them show the others how to recognize customers, it is a restaurant, you need the staff to visit people who come. It's ridiculous no server, bartender or hostess can't help, but it takes someone from the kitchen staff to get up and don't run around with a scowl. I would like to point out that they were not short and the restaurant was empty next to them. I was there 20 minutes after the food was finished and was ready and took someone who wasn't even on the front counter or even near the front door is to help us because all the others literally ignored my sister and I. I feel disgusting that I spent almost $100 here to be treated like garbage. This is wrapped long, but you want food that is usually just fine, a joke size for things like Brussel sperrouts, and are treated as you do not exist while you waste your money this is the place!
I had dinner at Macaroni Grill and order lunch on Monday. For and appetizer, I ordered the Caprese Salat. It was great. For dinner I had the seafood Ravioli with Shrimp. The bread is so good!! My order consisted of tomatoes Basil soup and I think I have Seafood Bisque and Chicken Marsala.
I can't say enough beautiful things about the Macaroni Grill! The food is delicious, the service is fantastic, (Only ask for Levi, best server ever! Everyone was so friendly from the hostess to the chefs. The atmosphere was so relaxing and Levi ensured that each course was perfectly lasted. The salads were nicely cooled so that the salad was crocheted in the mouth. The tomatoes bisque soup was made to the perfect consistency. The noodles weren't muddy, but were al dente, and the arabiata sauce, well, let's just call it a loto grande!?????????????
First visit to this restaurant and it will probably be my last. I haven't seen a friend of mine for so many years and she just moved to Nashville. I'm a flight attendant and had a reflection so she picked me up and we drove to the brunch at The Opry Mills Mall. We both decided to try Romanos. When we entered, it wasn't too busy and we sat right away. Our server was the best for this restaurant. That's why I gave a 3 star, or I would have given a 1. He was very appealing and friendly. We have received our drink order and placed our soup and salad order immediately afterwards. We ordered the Lobster Bisque soup, a salad and mozzarella sticks. The sticks came first and it tasted really good. The diving sauce, Marinara was a little hot, but okay. Our soup was the next and it was lukewarm neigt to be cold. No lobster pieces. I guess all the restaurants have their style of making this soup, but it didn't taste like it had lobster at all. Server was pleasant when we informed him and he said he would heat it up. We said we didn't want it in a microwave, so he proposed another possibility of heating. He did a fantastic job and apologized a few times. We let him know we knew it wasn't his fault.
Food excellent as was the service. Seating very limited due to staff shortages. Our waiter did a fantastic job even though obviously overworked. Make sure you make reservations.
