Bidrage med feedbackI placed my order online. It was ready when I got there. There was a couple in line and the area where my order should have been was empty. I could see my order but there was no one at the registers to help. Finally after about 4 minutes a man comes to wait on the couple. They were obviously not in any hurry, the register didn't have enough change so they had to go get change then the woman wanted to place a separate order all while I'm waiting. Than a lady employee comes from the back and locks the door. After the lady places her order the man at the cash register leaves the register to go lock the other door. Finally I get to tell him that I had an online order, he begins explaining to the couple behind me that just walked in that they are closing because he had been there since 4 in the morning and he only had 3 employees because no one showed up, but he would take their order. Finally Finally I get to tell him I had an online order, he points to the order( the only order for online and wasn't in the online order area) he's looking at me like I'm supposed to know that was my order than asks me it's one item right?? At this point I just say yes and leave. Thank goodness it was the right stuff. What should have taken all of about maybe 5 minutes took at least 15. I'm sorry your employees didn't show up but if you would put the online orders in the pickup area I could have picked it up and never had to wait It's been a while since I had been here, drove thru ordered family fajitas mixed chicken and beef with chips and salsa and a Xtra dozen tortillas this is what you get for a family order. That's not gonna feed my family.
The store was not taking credit cards that day so I drove off. I called today to see if they were taking credit cards today and no one answered the phone. Pitiful.
I went to Taco Cabana for my birthday for my free tacos. The cashier was unprofessional, rude and brusque. I wanted to add cheese, lettuce and tomatoes to my order and she rudely told me that it couldn 't be done on free tacos. I told her twice that I would pay for the extras. I also told her that I wanted to add a small rice. She told me brusquely I didn 't hear anything you just said! All the while she was entering the order into the register and not paying attention to what I was saying. She told the staff member who was fulfilling the order to add cheese to the tacos and I had to correct her to also add the lettuce and tomatoes. She rang up the sell, handed me the change and that 's when I had to inform her that I wanted a small rice (LOVE THEIR RICE! as well in which she responded in a flustered tone I guess take it out of your change? I have never encountered any staff members at this location over the years that have had such an attitude problem. I don 't think she is suitable for a customer service position and needs to adjust her interactions with Taco Cabana 's customers. As for the food, the steak tacos were way too salty and I was given only a tiny bit of lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. The rice however was good as always. P.S. I did reach out to Taco Cabana 's Customer Service, so not just venting on here. Just disappointed.
This place has changed alot doesn't get as busy as before, and the prices like every where else are ridiculous! I got the the 3 street tacos. I much rather had spent my money on the items to make my own and I would of probably made like 10. I dont mind paying for something that's made fast and if it's delicious. But these tiny tacos were small, meat and tortillas very plain and they dont even give you salsa. They could of added a roasted jalapeno at least.
Food over cooked, very dirty tables, atmosphere poor .
