Taco Bell - Naperville

Line was long on a Saturday at 10:50 PM. I got in the line anyways despite the length because my son really wanted his Taco Bell meal. After being in line for 10 minutes and having three cars come behind me, they come onto the speaker only to say that their drive-through is now closed and they’re not taking any more drive-through orders, even though there were four cars behind me , and those in front of me that we’re getting taken care of when I approached the window Brandon told me that they were short staffed and him and the four employees inside the Taco Bell were only doing DoorDash orders, but yet the drive-through was still open and people were….still in line and had NO way to get out of the line. So has to wait for over 40 mins only to be told they couldn’t be served.

Waited for more than 20 minutes in the drive thru… I came to get food for my work break just to clock back in late for my work with no food! I would have left the line if I could. Terrible service.

We were starving and looking for anything to eat and this was the only place open. When we pulled up they refused to let us order any food, only allowing mobile orders or Uber eats and it was a 1 hour wait at 1am. Now we were stuck in the single lane line of cars without an order and we couldn’t get out. We asked if they could have the two cars ahead of us pull forward so we could get out and they refused. We had to then ask the cars behind us to all back out of the single lane so we could get out of the lane and go home hungry and exhausted.

Having trouble taking orders stuck in drive through for 30 minutes and still no food never go to this location

It was good. the food took a while but they gave us a coupon for a free taco. I mean thats a win to me.
