Great service! megan and tarik were super helpful. very friendly. smootheias were delicious!

I and my employees, especially the berry stamp, pure charge (mango erdbeer variants) and an island hit, have picked up smoothies. I have brought them back to our business, my fellow workers have given their, and 15 minutes later was free enough to go back and ask what they thought (because they haven't tried, mine still they both snuck up loudly their now empty drinks and grins. I tried to get mine and could confirm getting definitiw worth! nice to have a good smoothie place again in naperville! complete disclosure, the smoothie were free for an opening day event, but my employees and I already discuss to make it a weekly thing for our load. 8/25/21 edit: can confirm going a great place. had a light mix with my order today (substitution was missed) and the staff was super fast on reviving the problems! always good to know that even if the dinge did not go perfect for the first time, the staff super up to make sure they take care.

They have the worst customer service and their personal has a clear presentation.

This was the absolute WORST customer service i’ve ever experience in my life. Waited 40 minutes, got given a very chunky smoothie with whole ice cubes, got given the wrong smoothie after telling them what i got, and was getting eye rolls from the employees for asking them to re-blend it. Never coming to this one again. I also work at a smoothie king and this was the most disrespectful experience and doesn’t make the company look good.

First time ordered a high intensity. Great deal of protein for the amount. Service was quick and efficient. Take a sip it’s delicious. Took a bad step, dropped the whole thing on my shoe. Walked back in for some napkins to clean up. Maya asked what happened. I let her know and she saw my smoothie stained shorts. Offered me a new one on the house ? ? in and out again like a NASCAR racer. thank you smoothie king team
