Bidrage med feedbackI was extremely disappointed with my experience at Nothin But Cakes. I had ordered a cake for my Friendsgiving party, but when I opened the box at the party, it was a disaster. I am embarrassed and let down, as I have never had a problem like this before. Nothin But Cakes needs to improve their service.
I am very disappointed that I drove 25 minutes to visit this restaurant. I didn't realize they closed at 6pm, and when I arrived at 5:58pm, the store was empty and they wouldn't allow me to purchase the bundlets.
Make sure to try their delicious Red Velvet cake! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming.
Ordered a dozen bundtinis for my kids birthday and who ever took my order gave me a dozen full size cupcakes. By the time I got home after rushing to pick them up, I noticed my order was wrong and when I called, the store was closed. I called the nextmorning and told them they were not opened and I did not order the full sized cupcakes. One employee said I could keep myoriginal order and just come get my new order no charge due to their mistake. Well, They placed me on hold three different timesand finally said they could do nothing about it, even though it was their fault. But of course, they offered me to come in thestore an purchase the bundtinis for full price and stated they would not give me a discount. I reiterated that I asked for thebundtinis but all they could say is sorry. So I have to come in and pay full price for what I ordered AGAIN, after you guysmessed up my order the first time?..No My company and sister company have already agreed not to use this store again.
Hello I visited this location several times for my special occasions. Always been pleased. Love the cakes and cupcakes! Delicious! But today I left with a sour taste! First I called for a specific flavor strawberry n cream.The young lady whoanswered the phone said yes we carry all our flavors on a daily. Then a specificity asked again for strawberries and creambecause I was going to order 24. Wanted to ensure my order would be filled in time since I was just going to walk in. She thenrepeated her self we have all the flavors in. Walked in placed an order for only 12 And tried to pay with cash. Was told theycould not break $100 bill for a $38 order. Paid with debit card!! My information is in the system. Didn?t want a paper receiptbut was never offered to get an email copy! Very disappointed with the customer service I received today!
