Arby's - Napavine

35 dollars for two meals. drinks were flat. not really worth it. should check the drink machine and replace it.

My wife and I put in a mobile order thru the app and ordered an orange Creamsicle shake with our meal. When we arrived to get our order we were informed that we won't be getting it due to the machine being down. The manager didn't come talk to us instead it was a young man who didn't look like he cared. There was no offer for a refund for the drink or an item of equal value. Also when the same young man brought our food, he didn't even apologize for the inconvenience or asked if there was anything else he could get us like sauces. Very disappointed and disgusted with this location.

The service was fast and the food was hot and good. So there was nothing to complain about. I got the new small wraps. I got one of the honey mustard and one with the ranch. I liked the ranch a little better than the honey mustard, but both were good. They were small but perfect size for me.

Food cooked right. Clean restaurant. Friendly staff.

The food was for the most part as expected. At this point Arby's everywhere have synchronized their quality of food, except for where fries are concerned. Those are hit and miss. This Arby's specifically has absolutely outstanding service. Can't remember her name but shes a teenager, short, brown hair; anyways, she went above and beyond with our service and managed to juggle that and her closing duties of cleaning the lobby and bathrooms and what have you. Hats off to her.
