Bidrage med feedback2 of us ate here in september 2017. very beautiful interieur, well decorated, beautiful, but not cuddly. the staff was very friendly and made us welcome. eating was fantastic. probably the best huh I've ever had; tasteful, moist, flavored perfectly. the wine selection was good and. we were curious if we could get our bottle home. when we make it back to nancy, we will eat here definitiw again!
5-10 minutes to walk from the center, but easy to find. modern interieur, creative plates. adequate to take. the service was a little slow.

It's about 2 years that the owner came back from Paris to her home town Nancy. She even once was in administration... She offers a nice card, not too large, with interesting starters (I took the ravioli with foie gras), meat, fish and vegetarian (I took the wild turbot), and very nice desserts (we took the mignardises: a great experience for our gustative sense). Very good price/quality. We had the 'VIP' seats watching the kitchen and dronk a Saint Veran I can recommend (you can order it per glass). The waitress clearly started her first day and was not yet used to describing the food but this was counterbalanced by the wine expert. Design in-line with the image (black & white, and "élégance nancéenne".
We were the first in to an empty restaurant and were offered one of the two least desirable tables (one person facing the wall). It was made clear that we were not permitted a better-placed table. The service from the two ladies was mechanical - polite and devoid of warmth. My food was pleasant, but my partner was not a happy man. His first course of Thai spiced beef was chewy. His main course, described as Bolognese d'agneau, was effectively a very rich lamb stew topped with inappropriate and thick ravioli. The wine bottle was kept on the counter, and our glasses topped up from time to time. As the place filled up, the wine service dried up. We sat with empty glasses, as the waitresses avoided eye contact. We decided to cut things short, decline a dessert, and head for one of the glorious Amorino ice-creams and a coffee in Rue Here as a substitute. The bill was 'Service Compris', which would explain the mechanical service.
