Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken - Nanaimo

Best chicken/breakfast in nanaimo. real chicken breast that you can taste with a coating that is exactly right, and the keilspäne are great, especially with engraving. it tastes like real eating and doesn't let me drink water for the rest of the day like other sodium nuked almost food. the service is fast and friendly. wing the superb popeyes when it opened and laughed. no competition for me.

Chicken burger is huge. They have a lunch deal between 11 am to 4 pm. Basically it is a few of their combo meals for cheaper (which is a good deal My burger was slightly salty (still enjoyed it! . We also got the dippers with Chipotle ranch dip. Definitely recommend the Chipotle ranch dip. Fries and onions rings highly recommended. ?

Typically never have a complaint about the food at Lees. This review is about the Customer Service at the drive though. We drove through the Nanaimo location on Thursday, May 05, 2022 mid afternoon. The staff at the window were incredibly friendly, personable and conscientious! I'm guessing that there is a good management team if their employees are visibly happy in their roles.It was a refreshing experience to patronize a business with stellar customer service. Understandably, the pandemic has taken a toll on customer serve staff and customers alike. Abuse hurled on staff through no fault of their own over mandates, probably leaves staff exhausted and jaded towards the customer. Included is the issues with staff shortages, it would be wise for management to hang onto guys like the 2 who served us for a great customer experience!The 2 fellows who served us through the drive through (Can't recall their names, Ashton for one, perhaps) were awesome and I hope they hang around. Listen up management, hang onto these guys!!

Paid extra for all white meat, didn't get it. Fries were not included in 3 piece chicken dinner for $13 .79. Meal was barely warm, dried out, not fresh. Drink machine had no ice, sodas were flat and warm .My 3 piece chicken meal with fries was over $20.00. The place was dirty and dated , the staff totally unhelpful and unprofessional. We would definitely NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE....NO MANAGEMENT WHAT SO EVER.

I thought Lee's chicken was good until I tried Popeye's. Popeye's chicken is so much better! Popeye's has double the meat on their chicken and the blackened sauce is amazing. Plus their coupons and specials at Popeyes are are able to be used anyday of the week. Disappointed in Lee's.
