Del Taco - Nampa

Waited a total of about 45 minutes to get my food!! It was around 8:30 and they didn’t focus on the people ordering inside. Customer Service was awful!!!???

Food was good. The drive thru was painfully slow. Hate sitting there and burning gas at today's prices.

Gross. I've gone to this del taco numerous times but it's never my choice. I always vote against it and here's why: 1. I've found hair in my food 2. They're beans are disgusting and plain 3. Overall the food is just not good. Whenever my family goes there, I never eat the food.

Don't let new employees that aren't trained work the window. I got charged for a fiesta pack with Del Tacos when I just wanted a regular snack taco fiesta pack. And I got charged 2.99 each for two Medium Iced Teas that are supposed to be off the Value menu at $1.29. A difference of $9 I got overcharged and the employee had no clue of the menu when I questioned it. Train your employees properly before letting them lose.

I was quite disappointed with my experience. My wife felt really down for the rest of the day, and I couldn't finish my meal either. Normally, I enjoy the food and the service is good. I absolutely love the shrimp tacos when they're available. I know they're not on the regular menu, but they do them so well. Unfortunately, while the service was up to par, the food was lacking this time. Something was definitely off.
