Unlike the rest of Korat, which is a ghost town at night, the U Bar was filled with locals looking for the party, with some great live music and reasonable beverage prices. Most young people seemed surprised to find a middle-aged white guy there, but were kind and in no way made me unwilling there.

It's a fancy night club. Be prepared to spend if you want a big night out here. Very small space and little seating. Great location and good for the night club types.

Just a club in a remote city so I can expect that much.
