Bidrage med feedbackI waited 30 minutes for a DoorDash order that included 2 smoothies. While waiting, I observed other customers rushing around in confusion. It was quite absurd. I likely would have waited even longer if I hadn't inquired about my order again.
I was through the drive thru because I had a $3,99 reward for a smoothie. I came into the window, the casser tried to scan the QR code of my smooth tropicalie cafe app. she said it didn't work and $3,99 doesn't work at her location. So I was tempted in the round there to use a reward, but ended with the full price because they did not participate. I stay at the north myrtle location if, which they also accept there. do not use their cafe app, seems like a waste of time. she should have gotten her manager if she didn't know what she was doing.
Definitiw the consistently slowest drive thru in the opposite are ready to wait 20 minutes in the line. no trips in the tram. on the plus page, if they are stuck, it is a chance to delete these unwanted emails or catch up on current events.
I used to love this restaurant, but now I am disappointed. I waited in the drive-thru for 15 minutes and still haven't reached the window. I even ordered online, but it didn't make a difference. My drinks were hit or miss, with some tasting good and others being a letdown. Some dishes were a big letdown, while others were just alright.
I visited this restaurant for the first time after seeing a long line at the drive-thru. It took a long time to place my order, which was a $6 strawberry banana smoothie. It also took a long time for them to make the smoothie, only for it to taste like frozen fruit and water. The customer service was also very poor, with staff mumbling words and being rude.
