I waited 30 minutes for a DoorDash order that included 2 smoothies. While waiting, I observed other customers rushing around in confusion. It was quite absurd. I likely would have waited even longer if I hadn't inquired about my order again.

I was through the drive thru because I had a $3,99 reward for a smoothie. I came into the window, the casser tried to scan the QR code of my smooth tropicalie cafe app. she said it didn't work and $3,99 doesn't work at her location. So I was tempted in the round there to use a reward, but ended with the full price because they did not participate. I stay at the north myrtle location if, which they also accept there. do not use their cafe app, seems like a waste of time. she should have gotten her manager if she didn't know what she was doing.
