Vellir Farm - Myrdalshreppur

The host was rude, possibly the most impolite hotel staff I have encountered in years of traveling alone. The surroundings were beautiful and the place was cozy and clean. Everything was good except for the incredibly rude and unfriendly service. I have never experienced anything as rude and unfriendly from staff before, despite traveling across the island and various countries around the world. This was the first time a host treated me so poorly.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, surrounded by stunning scenery. It may seem isolated, but that adds to its charm. It is conveniently located close to Vik for those needing a taste of civilization. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

It is the sweetest and cozy hotel in all the opposite large and welcoming host, really good eating, waffeln to breakfast, a beautiful community room and an absolutely unique set sesseln in the gallery above for cards playing or writing their daily (b)log. never more like home at another distant place.

This restaurant is a lovely and tidy place with a delicious breakfast included. The staff is friendly and the location is convenient in the area.

This is a nice place to stay. The rooms are a decent size. Beds are very comfortable. Great breakfast! That was my favorite part of staying in the guesthouse. They have a great living room area to sit in as well. I will say, we were a bit disappointed that we weren't told the guesthouse door gets locked about an hour during the day and we happened to come back during that time and couldn't get to our room. Overall, I would stay here again and recommend it.
