Subway - Muskegon

We have tried to use the mobile order multiple times, and every time they have messed up our order. Forgot tomatoes, missing extra cheese that was PAID FOR, and even toasted multiple times. My recommendation, if you place an online order, STILL watch them make it, cause apparently following simple instructions is a lost skill on these people .

Wow inside the store be in my husband decided that we would detach our coupon to purchase a couple of subs and when attempting to redeem the coupon the cashier said that it had been used mind you we had to order of $28It was the three for 17 in the end he made like the coupon had been used went right over to Apple Street and instantly it took the coupon what they're running over here I don't know

Not much different from your average subway but I can say it is always very clean and the staff is very friendly.

I had a coupon for a footlong for $6.99. I ordered a footlong monster and they changed me $9.79. They changed me extra for bacon and cheese that comes on the monster. Other Subways do not charge you extra for ingredients that come on the sub.

Food was good the lady that 1st took our order was a outraging crab she gave my family complete disrespect the younger woman and man that was working were wonderful the older lady that was working on12/2/23 around 9:25pm was not kind at all she said they close in 25 minutes wouldnt let us talk at all she was nice to everyone after us but us she dont even know us and she treated us like trash ...all we wanted was subway if you dont want a karen dont go there when she is working completly no coustomer service skills!!!! p.s corprate will be in touch soon
