It's okay, but too expensive for what they get hap chan is one of three restaurants in starmall alabang. I was at the other two for many places, but that I just went once and never came back the restaurant has more of a fast food feeling than a real restaurant. the waiting staff is in order, they are not exactly rude, but they would really benefit from a customer service training that eating is ok. I just got the price. I feel they don't get the value they pay for. for what they get, I feel that they only calculate the half of the price.

It rains cat dogs so we decided to eat first before we go home. we ordered asado noodles, winton noodles, congee, ice and almond jelly. in total we were in order with our food, especially asado, although the noodles were somewhat understated.
