Steak n' Shake - Muncie

I always love you to eat! there was no urgency for the personal. there were only 3 people eating in, but everyone was dirty. we waited for half an hour to eat, but once again the workers arrived to fly the food. they cut their employees so short that they can not even do basic parts of their jobs. I have appreciated the general manager (clay) that our food was good and was waiting for us twice apologise. we would go more often if they had more employees.

Order online because the journey always takes forever. I commanded you. I called when I was there and they said that my order never showed up. they refused to make my order and said they could not refund me until it appeared on the screen. I had shown my order on my handy, the date and time and payment and they would still not help me. the manager was very rude and not helpful. they have stolen my money pretty much and refused to help me. Do not eat at this disgusting place.

That was the worst food. they have 3 great men in my food. I'll never eat there again. I know the lady did it on purpose. Before I got my food, she cried to me because she was sitting on the kiosk counter. it must be fired or shave its head.

No waitress they order on the machine. the hamburger had no taste at all. they have changed the menu no longer orange dream cycle shakes. his definitiw not even near the steak n shake I grew up lovingly. I remember all the juices of her flesh when they bite it. Now it's like a card board. never again?

Food was really good Everything fresh and hot. Very friendly staff. Will definitely go back
