Johannas is a little hidden in Hotel Neumayr in Hadern. It would therefore be a big mistake to go to the left. The beautiful garden in summer alone is worth a visit. They feel like in a private garden planted individually with a lot of work. Very nice. This means that the ambience inside cannot completely resist, although the main room with bright wood and beautifully covered tables already radiates a pleasant cosiness. The service is non-chalant, but always attentive and always ready to provide information on questions. The glasses will never be empty and taken into account for the breaks between the corridors. But now for the most important, for the food. You can really see the performance of the kitchen! It swings between refined regional and international and masters this balancing act with ease. During my last visit I had as an appetizer Schüttelbrotravioli with rehkitz filling, Kornelkirschjus and Pastinakens. A poem! The ravioli wonderfully bite-resistant, the abundance wonderful in consistency and taste and also the cherry sauce, where the sweetness was wonderfully supplemented by the acid.
