Bidrage med feedbackA wonderful location by the amazing Waterfall Park in Glenarriff. The staff were lovely and the food was good and beautifully presented. We were awkward and asked for modifciations to the menu which they were happy to make. Although the menu only mentions one vegetarian dish, they offered three others when asked. the place was busy but the staff were warm and considerate.
After a gentle walk around the waterfalls and Glenariff Forest we called in for an early dinner. Good selection on menu and reasonably priced. Starter and main course, all good and tasty, absolutely no complaints. Friendly staff and good service. Starters Garlic breaded mushrooms and Filo-wrapped prawns. Mains, Halibut, Braised Beef, (both served with lovely buttery well seasoned mash) Chicken Goujons, Burger and garlic fires. Most importantly a decent pint of Guinness. Good food, good service, value for money, We'll definitely call in again.
Fantastic staff , tegular visitor over past 20 yet, staff always friendly and helpful , ignore negative reviews usuallyby people with thier own issues
The staff was extremely helpful, the food was delicious, and the service was exceptional. We stumbled upon this restaurant by accident because of my terrible sense of direction, but we were very happy that we did.
The owner/manager greeted us and was extremely friendly and helpful. He even offered to drive us back to the forest park car park in case we were running late. He made this generous offer both when we arrived and when we were leaving. Although we appreciated the offer, we had enough time to walk back to the car park after our meal. We ended up ordering main meals instead of just starters. The owner/manager also brought a water bowl for our dog without us asking, showing his warmth and desire to make customers feel welcome. I had the Gammon steak meal and my wife had the Chicken Caesar salad and chips, both of which were cooked perfectly and came in generous portions. We were tempted by the delicious desserts we saw being served to other tables, but unfortunately, we didn't have time to try them. Overall, it was a remarkable experience with excellent food, great service from all staff, and a beautiful building with lovely decor. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant and have already planned to meet other family members there in the future. It was well worth the 2-hour drive to get there. A big thank you to the gentleman who greeted and served us, who may have been referred to as "Gary" by the next customer. If that's the case, thank you Gary for the top-notch service. If not, we hope you know who we are talking about. This is definitely a must-visit restaurant in Ireland. 10/10.
