Cold Stone Creamery - Mountain View

This is a fantastic spot for ice cream! It's a bit on the expensive side, and I felt sorry for the attendant who could have used some help during the busy hours. However, I had a wonderful experience and enjoyed some delicious ice cream overall!

My only concern is that they need to improve their cleanliness. Both times I visited, the place appeared somewhat dirty. It might just be the glass in front of the ice cream that looks grimy, but it does affect the overall atmosphere and gives it a less clean feel. Despite this issue, I had a great experience overall.

To be honest, I primarily visit this place for the Cheesecake Fantasy dessert. The ice cream is truly amazing and pairs wonderfully with the fruits and graham crackers. I also tried the boo batter ice cream recently, which was just okay. It seems to cater more to kids who have a sweet tooth. Overall, the service is decent most of the time. While the ice cream is a bit pricey, it’s definitely worth indulging in every now and then!
