Recently had a change of ownership and name, the food was great met some great people. Wasn't the strongest of wait staff in our section but that can always be corrected. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

I have come here for a couple times with my family. The food does not have a ton of flavor and it's more of a truck stop eating area. We asked to be re-seated once because there were cockroaches in the area we were eating at. We did get a discount though for the inconvenience.

This is no longer AJ’s. The breakfast menu is the same, the real difference here is not the food, but the service. Most of the old front staff seems to have been changed and today I had a very disappointing experience. When my family and I came in, it was pretty busy but our greeting was one staff member yelling at another over writing down which tables she wanted to hold. The same waitress who yelled at her co-worker then proceeded to snap at us to follow her for seating. She took off at a near run, placed down menus and ran off before we even made it to the table. From there, things did not improve. The wait for our server was ok but when she took our drink order, she ran off without providing straws for the children’s drink and did not leave any utensils or napkins. Once our food arrived (food was just fine) she forgot napkins and utensils, I had to ask for them and she forgot again when she finally came back with a straw and napkins. We waited for over 5 minutes to get the utensils after yet another reminder. I would have still gladly spent more money on additional al la carte items but she never stopped by to offer a refill or ask if we wanted any additional items the whole meal. This is not the service we’re used to, we’ve had similar issues in the past but all together this was our worst experience at a former favorite weekend breakfast tradition. Will likely just move to Manhattan Cafe for our weekend breakfast ritual. If anyone knows where the old staff moved to, I’d love to know, I would move my business there just for their service.
