A&w Canada - Mount Forest

It's kind of a moot point commenting on a chain style restaurant, but let me do so anyway. My comment is directed squarely at the older woman that works there.......if you don't like your job, then you should consider leaving. I don't think you could be any more crabbier if you tried. Yes I know it will take 5 minutes for a veggie burger, but if you don't want to make them, then don't put them on your menu! If this was a one off experience then I wouldn't bother commenting as we all can have bad days, but EVERY time I've been in there you've been quite unpleasant.

I love the Mount Forest A&W as it always has best and fastest service in getting your food, the food is always hot and served great. You don't have to stand in line to receive the foods you have ordered as if it is not ready right away they deliver it to your table. Always greeted with smiles and great people serving you, keep up the good job.

I 'm from the states visiting family here in Mount Forest . We looked up the A&W was open till 11pm we arrived at 9:45 the cashiers responds was we close soon are you eating here or taking it home . No how are you or how may I help you. Okay, sorry we will take it home, we 'd like a veggie burger, well that will take 6 mins. Terrible customer service, just rudeness. I 've never felt so unwelcome somewhere, where I was spending money. If you close at 9:45 lock your doors at 9:45. Was really disappointed.

Food is Hot, but you wait a long time for it. Staff lack product knowledge, and manners. Rude and Unpleasant . I've been here several time when I work in this area. Each time it's the same. So I'm posting this review. Last time here
