Wendy's - Mount Dora

Didnt get the Sugar Cookie but i still enjoyed the meal as usual.

Just went to pick up my mobile order, and when I was given my drink, I was giving a dirty cup. I was asked to pull up in the mobile spot, and when the young lady brought me my food, I asked her to switch out my drink because the cup was dirty when I got home, I noticed I was given the same cup, and it was attempted to be cleaned off and was still dirty. Absolutely disgusting.

I've been treated above and beyond essentially all interactions at this location. Orders are always ready, correct, functional. I've had managers cover my meal when I only had ApplePay. They allowed my special needs daughter to come inside for her Frosty when they were technically closed. I want the staff at this location recognized, truly.

Drive thru order was cold and incorrect after waiting 20 minutes with 2 people ahead of me. Had to go back inside to get food that wasn't soggy and ice cold. Maybe it was a bad day for the staff, idk.

The dining room was locked, the menu board had no lights so we had to use a flashlight to order drive through. We didn't get what we ordered, and to top it all off my wife was vomiting two and a half hours later. She got food poisoning.
