Domino's Pizza - Mount Airy

I ordered two medium pizzas, an order of bread sticks, and a 2 liter for New Years Eve on December 30. I said in the app for it to be ready by 7. I get there at 7 and they claim I said 7:30 even though I showed them on my order details it says 7. They were very nice about it, just very unorganized.

Pizza was not fresh, but dried out, cold, and stale .....it was extremely overcooked, lacking any aroma or taste (unless you consider cardboard a flavor). Needless to say, it wasn't even edible, as the crust edges were burnt, black, and hard as a brick.

Pizza took 45 mins instead of 20 mins and then I finally get pizza and it’s cold!Couldn't even eat them Been awhile since we’ve eaten at this dominos and thought we would try it again from bad experiences last time but isn’t any better so sad really love the pizza.

Everything was great! My only complaint would be to have an alert when there is a car at the window. If they have one then acknowledging the customer is there would be nice I don't want to have to honk or knock on the window because that seems rude but a 10 min wait for a mobile order that was labeled done was inconvenient.

Went to pick-up my order, had a $100 dollar bill and they said they would not take anything over $20 bills. Papa John’s gladly takes my cash.
