Bidrage med feedbackOn May 2nd I placed an online order for a burrito, chips, and guacamole. I went inside and received my order quickly. Once I arrived home, I unwrapped my burrito to find that it was nowhere near what I ordered. They gave me the wrong burrito. No big deal because things happen and customer service gave me a voucher to get another one free of charge. So I place the order again and drive all the way back to Morrow to pick it up. Only this time they gave me the wrong burrito AGAIN. I order a very simple burrito. Steak, rice, and fajitas-THATS IT! Not lettuce, not cheese, no beans, etc… So why am I getting 6 random ingredients thrown in my burrito that I didn’t ask for? WHAT THE HELL ARE THEY DOING IN THAT PLACE? The quality of the food has gone down tremendously over the past few years and now Ive gotta worry about order accuracy too. I will be taking my money to Moe’s.
Honestly, I like Chipotle's food but this restaurant in Morrow is a little suspicious since the cleanliness of the place leaves a lot to be desired. And the service of the employees is not very pleasant either. They are a bit overbearing and have bad customer service.

I received bad treatment and bad faces at the time of my shift, I asked for a burrito, they told me that there were no tortillas available, when I paid, they were preparing a Burrito Yamaya informed me that the tortillas were only for online orders that would arrive the next day ... there were no sofritas, nor lettuce to complete, they served me three times the portion of rice. I don't know what's happening with the staff at their restaurants lately but it's the third time in a month, maybe they were having a bad day, or they were unwilling to deal Well, to the customers, the cashier did not offer me any apology, and they laughed among themselves. It doesn't make me go back to that restaurant in Morrow or Midtow where the cashier yelled at me three times in front of all the employees and customers because I couldn't even validate the reward that I had in my account
The restroom and the eating areas were filthy but the service was fast and efficient and the food was fresh.
