Great service here. Staff had an attitude when I politely told her that my order was wrong. Then they gave me a wrong order. It almost seemed as if she had made it useful. I worked for years in customer service and it is disappointing if you need to interact with someone like this. Better. Leave a review on the website on the bottom of the receipt, because I think I should also be compensated.

Cashier was rude, she put her fingers in my cup and that's not good, especially with COVID. The chicken was dry and cold, but the potatoes were hot. It was honestly a waste of money. Better ladies

That was my first time I had eaten by Popeyes. I could go straight up and place my order. An employee who was very friendly and helpful for those of us in the dining area. I ordered the Combo chicken pliers. The cookie was delicious and definitely not dry. The offers were indeed tender and well seasoned. Potatoes and heavy potatoes had a taste I don't know, but I really liked it. The only problem was the beverage machine. I pushed the lever for ginger-ale, but a dark color drink came out.

I had hardly any time to check what soft drink to buy before my meals were laid before my eyes. The food was fine, easy access to placing my own order, they had tables to sit at to eat, BUT what I didn?t like was the tables was not clean, then when I was receiving my food I had asked for two dipping sauces because I had chicken tenders the gentleman at the counter that gave me to me one was opened and both was sticky on top, then he tossed them at me. Thats not how you treat customers at all if I ever go back to RDU I would never go back to Popeyes I rather eat snacks before I go back home.
