Bidrage med feedbackI would give them zero stars if I could. Ordered cookies to be delivered to my son at work for his birthday. Spent $35 on them and the delivery driver handed them off to a random person rather than waiting for my son to come get them. I had even left a message in the notes of the order. My son has the screenshot where the driver got there and left in one minute after claiming he waited for 10 minutes. I tried calling the store, but a recording said the voice mailbox was full. What an awful experience. Buyer beware!
The cookies tasted good, but this is how they showed up. Broken, piled on top of each other, and stuck together.
It seems like most of the negative reviews are from orders, but I've only ever done pickup and had a great experience!If you walk in, you just pick from what they have available and the cookies are always amazing! Super warm and fresh! They melt in your mouth! Highly recommend paying the extra money for the specialty cookies like the peanut butter cup!
It 's crazy that one of their big draws, being able to deliver, is so awful. It 's super unreliable, takes hours, and if you don 't give a satisfactory tip, your cookies will arrive cold and broken up
These cookies are phenomenal! Fastest delivery I’ve ever experienced in Morgantown as well. Will definitely be ordering again.
