Wonderful experience! Our waitress, Shelli, was friendly and enthusiastic. She did a great job explaining the specials and what she recommended on the menu. My husband had the parmesan encrusted chicken and I had the lamb with mashed potatoes both were excellent. Best place for wine in Charlotte if you eat at wine bar next door, Hidden Bin, and order food there. Can't beat selection or prices on the wine at wine store. Oregon dessert is favorite dessert in Charlotte Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+

Ordered two medium rare prime ribs and one medium prime rib. All three came out together and were all cooled to the same temperature, medium. Called the waitress and explained that we ordered two medium rare. She said they were cooked to medium rare and I pointed at the medium steak and asked what that was cooked to, she responded, that was cooled to medium. The chef came out and tried to tell us it was the tint on the windows that makes it look medium. There was zero pink inside the steak. Needless to say we didn't eat and won't be back. Ruined a birthday dinner.

We had a wonderful family dinner at this restaurant tonight. The food was great, especially the spinach dip and garlic mashed potatoes. But what truly made our evening special was our server, Analise. Her exceptional customer service added a delightful touch to our experience. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
