Sonic Drive-in - Moore

We arrived just after dark. Was not very busy. Every thing we said had to repeat very annoying. We ordered cheddar bites was told actually we are out of those so we made it mozzarella cheese sticks they tasted like old grease our total was 17 something and the carhop said do you want your change I hate being asked that . Last gripe was barley enough ice to make our drinks cold it was 90 degrees out ice was gone before the drink was.

I wouldn't stop here if you're in a hurry at all. I've been sitting in a stall after pressing the button for exactly 30 minutes now just to get a couple drinks. I waited so long the screen timed out and I had to push the button a second time. This isn't the first time it's taken this long either. I wish there was another sonic near my house so I wouldn't have to come to this one. This one also refuses to sell me bags of ice but will let me order multiple rt 44 cups of ice... Just wasted cups, lids, straws, drink carriers...

This place used to be my favorite in the metro . But the past few times theres been issues but they have always been nice about it so no since in bashing when they are trying. Car hop girl said there new employees in training and the app doesnt always updae in time

I purchased a LG Sweet Tea through the app. And it's gritty.. like sugar was added to unsweet tea... if your out of sweet tea say something. No one wants a gritty drink...

Came up here and got half price coneys on Wednesday. Also order two five piece chicken nugget meals.. they came out and asked for the money before the order was even made. Then didn't even read the order back and had the wrong order. The one that took my order and grabbed the money was kinley. Let alone we tipped them without even having my food ready. Didn't have the meal right. Then she brings out kid fries and drinks and says well we didn't charge you hello we didn't order that. We would have gladly paid for it. Asked for ketchup and other condiments. Didn't receive those had to walk up to the door. She also had a attitude when asking for my receipt.
