Bidrage med feedbackDropped in for lunch and had the Fresh spring rolls with peanut sauce and then a pho tai (beef noodle soup). The spring rolls were good, the sauce for them better than normal, and the soup was quite good. Service was fast and lunch was both tasty and quiet affordable. It is located not far from the Notre Dame Basilica so ideal for those on the tourist path.
Spent a week in the Vieux-Port district of Montreal, and passed this place several times. Finally had a chance to dine here towards the end of our trip - and budget. After a week of pricey meals in this very trendy part of town, Saigon 27 offered a very reasonably priced and delicious dinner for us. We enjoyed the Pad Thai, which we eat everywhere and was among one of the better we have had this year, as well as the house special Pho which was very tasty and full of meat. This place was a real gem and should not be missed. Service was friendly and accommodating, and location cannot be beat.
Lots of choices similar to many Vietnamese restaurants. I ordered the Bun because all the pho was based with meat broth. TheBun was basic with rice noodles, fresh veggies and herbs. Nothing set it apart but it hit the mark for a basic Vietnamese dish.
Went to this restaurant for a birthday supper. It does not seem very appealing from the outside, but the food is actually quite great! You should definitely give it a try! Staff is very friendly. Its bring your own wine!
We stopped here for lunch while walking around Old Montreal. It is located a block east of Notre-Dame Basilica. We tried the Crispy Noodle Beef and Chicken Pad Thai. Both dishes were very well prepared. Pleasant decor and polite staff.
