In general, the service was awful and the cheese board consisted of 4 different cheeses; 2 small pieces of cheese each with some grapes and pickles. This cost $19.50. Next, we ordered a pepperoni pizza, which was not only flavorless but also undercooked and surprisingly small for the high price of $19.50. As I was leaving after paying, the waitress gave me a dirty look from behind the bar for no apparent reason as I had not been rude or upset in any way. Overall, I would not recommend this place. Despite being initially drawn in by the menu and atmosphere, my experience sitting down and ordering left me feeling regretful. Save your time and money and dine elsewhere.

I ordered to bring to my hotel room. I am so surprised that this was the meal I received. I ordered the chicken with mushroom. Everything looks like it came out of a can. The mashed potatoes -colour and texture- definitely came from a box. I paid $40 for this. I was too tired to go get a refund but I couldn’t believe an establishment was okay preparing this as a meal.

Such a nice, clean and well maintained place. By being there you will understand that the staff have put in a lot of work to make the place look like this.

I am currently staying at the Holiday Inn for an extended time. Tonight after my workout I decided to order take out for this restaurant. I went down to the restaurant at 6pm after my workout and ordered the Salmon, after 15% tip it was just over 40$.... the server initially told me about 15-20 minutes as I decided to wait in the lobby. I checked after 30 minutes and the same server said another 5-10 minutes.... 50 minutes have now passed and I decided to speak to a manager, the server stated there is no manager and no one I could talk to.. he only stated they were busy.... finally about an hour later I recieved my food (all the meantime tables were getting served that ordered after me). I took the food back to my room and was expecting it to be fresh .... the mashed potatoes were cold l, I was about to go down and return it for a refund but was starving at this point and decided to eat it. Very disappointed with the service.. the server just told me if I come back tomorrow it'll be better.... I'm sure there was some communication problems and my order got missed, I would have been more understanding if they told me that instead of just stating it was busy as an hour for one take out meal should not take an hour. I was disappointed as I wanted to frequent this establishment more often for convenienceUpdate *I recieved a follow-up from management and they offered a solution, I was not expecting anything but am pleased they remediate the problem. I was greeted warmly when I arrived at the restaurant, and my server was attentive. However, the plate my food was served on was warm to the point of almost being cold. The pasta dish I ordered looked unappetizing and the sauce was bland. I was disappointed that no cheese, pepper, or peppers were offered to enhance the flavor. Overall, I do not plan on returning to this restaurant in the future.
