Freshii - Montréal

Food is great if you are looking for a healthy fast food alternative. The veggies were Fresh. Service was rushed, they didn't wait for me to complete my payment nor give me my bill and they were off doing something else. The main thing I was disappointed is they have compostable utensils and bowl but no compost option to throw out when eating there. This makes me question if they compost at all... I would love to get confirmation that this company is going a bit more for the environment and everything is not just going to waste.

Got my order through UBER. I absolutely am in love! Great portion and very fresh! I had forgotten to ask for something and they answered my chat here and took care of it!

Got the Budda salad in a bowl. It was THE BEST salad ever!

Normally food here is good. But today not at all. I ordered Uber and they brought someone else’s order (the Uber guy said it was their fault). So I reordered. The burrito barely had any of the standard ingredients or the ingredients i paid extra for. It was mostly rice. Hope they fix these issues…seems common from the other reviews.

EDIT: the customer service was so prompt and immediately took care of this!I really love Freshii and visit usually twice a week. I almost always order the Tex Mex and usually it’s perfect but yesterday half the ingredients were missing and they forgot the sauce. It was an unpleasant experience unfortunately.
