A staff member from our hotel recommended coming here to get the best maple syrup as well as maple ice cream. It is located in the old section of town and you will not be disappointed. They claim to use only natural products and you...can taste the difference in the ice cream made with maple syrup only and no added sugar. It’s the Best maple ice cream in Montreal. Highly recommended but keep in mind that you may have a long line since it’s a busy place visited by locals and tourists alike.

You may enjoy a tasty muffins (4 choices). Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Also an opportunity to buy other products, like honey, Érable, Ice cream and spices.

I ordered a $7 ice cream at this restaurant and was very disappointed with the taste. It seemed like the ice cream was not made properly. I had a base of chocolate and blueberry flavors, but ended up leaving 95% of it on the table because it just didn't taste good.

This is an amazing cooperative where you can support local maple producers and try delicious maple products. It was interesting to learn about the process of making maple syrup. I highly recommend trying the different flavors of maple ice cream!

The staff is friendly and accommodating to interested customers. The baked goods are average, but the maple chocolates are delicious. They also serve gelato. The restaurant has a decent amount of seating, but it can fill up quickly during busy times, which may result in slower service.
