Wilaiwan's Kitchen - MONTPELIER

I don't think I had an breakfast this spicy one in my whole life, but it was absolutely worth it. there was a line within 3 minutes of them opening on Tuesday morning. this was the hands down the best food I eat in vermont. from any reason in this condition I had a hard time with this much umami to find this much heart. I do not eat milk and it seems that many VT restaurants are unfortunately heavily relying on milk products for their Yam factor. most other places I found in wt are ok or quite decent, but nothing excellent. wilaiwan's kitchen is excellent. I have eaten the dishes here and said: "Finally, something that is so good." I will definitely come back for more when I get the chance.

This is the most amazing food in all of Vermont. It's like in the movie Ratatouille where the food critic was taken back to his childhood for some of the most amazing flavors experienced in life. They serve the same 3 dishes all week and you could eat them everyday.

Great Thai street food. Cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. Often times they have gluten free entrees on their revolving menu, just check beforehand.

Great Thai continues their goodness from days as a lunch cart on the corner of State and Elm... Right spice level, I do like spicy food. All you non believers out there shove off! 11AM 2PM most M Sats... three dishes for the week and thai rolls. Usually a line, it's that good. 10 hot delicious fresh lunch. Can't beat it.

The best Thai food in VT and pretty much anywhere else ! Super affordable and always tastes great.
