Papa Johns Pizza - Montgomery

If I were a 0. it is the supervisor /rep of papa ask. they were terrible! the Rep name rex went back with me in the fourth year about my reward points. he was very rude and the supervisor she didn't do better to do me or nothing she just says I'm sorry, I'm sorry for his disrespect. but I will never order from this place again, so much money I spend there and are called for me as a lousy and rude. never again! customer service is annoying here! Maybe we want to think before they take part in this reward package they cheat there to cheat and beyond the bad customer service!

2 people were working when I went to pick up the food. They still managed to get my order on time. Wonderful lady who was making the pizza and preparing. She saw I was waiting…cam up to me and gave me 5 boxes of pizza while the cashier was busy dealing with a customer

I am 2.3 miles from this Papa Johns, was told my pizza would be here in 35 to 45 minutes, and I'm still waiting for my pizza an hour and a half after my order. This is getting a bit ridiculous.

Not the best pizza this isn’t better than lil Cesar or hunts . They short you on the toppings of a veggie, the cheese pizza is terrible and neither pizzas has flavor or sauce to taste, oh yeah the cheese sticks are thin . I've had a lot better from Dominos my #1 choice , Marcos and Pizza Hut ! This is why it was my first and last time ordering here. One thing order was ready on time Very nice people at the counter that’s why they got the 2 other than that smh.

The customer service was very bad. The woman up front was rude and when I talked to a female manager she was rude as well. The only reason I am coming back and gave it 5 stars was for a west. He was polite and made sure to listen to my complaint. My wife ordered a extra large and he remade it for us when the other managers said to bad and that it was our fault! West made us feel welcome and I honestly left feeling appreciated. His customer service was impeccable.
