Bidrage med feedbackI always make a point to remember when a hotel restaurant offers a truly exceptional culinary experience, and this establishment did not disappoint. The food was expertly prepared and full of flavor, making for a thoroughly enjoyable dining experience.
Totally out of character for a Fairmont Hotel restaurant. The service was extremely poor and slow. The hamburger was so overcooked and dry, the meat crumbled. I could not eat it and ate a vegetable sandwich (bun and stuff minus meat :)). Server apologized and offered an aperitif but it never came. Worst service in any Fairmont We have ever had. Tip was appropriate to the service.
Friendly setting and good meals. The service is on top.The ingredients are fresh and good. I recommend it to you because the quality / price ratio is very well
I would highly recommending this dining venture. The atmosphere was very casual and friendly. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our requests.
We spent the long weekend of May at the castle Montebello. a perfect weekend at many points of view and I really would have liked to give a better score to this restaurant. This is the bistro inside the hotel, located on the same floor as the main restaurant. The decor is superb, modern and the room as well as the menu are inviting. The service was careful. Unfortunately the two dishes we ordered were not good. They were a chicken with a duck and gnocchi with duck, too. the sauce in both dishes came from the same calf background and it was much too salty, almost immangeable. A chef worthy of that name would never let these two dishes out of the kitchen. And at $25 a plate, it's pretty disappointing. as we had already changed places because the floor under the table was full of pieces of cake and jello not collected, we decided not to complain about our plates, the story of not going for chialous. But really, unless he changes the staff in their kitchen, I'm not going back to this place. this evening was the only shadow in the painting of a perfect weekend!
