Bidrage med feedbackThe burgers are tasty, but that's about it. The wait is long for food. Also it always feels kinda icky here, like the tables have been wiped with dirty musty rags.
The food at Fat-burger is AMAZING, so I'm not talking about the food here. And I haven't ever had this experience at any of the other Fat Burger locations. I have never been treated so rudely at a fast food place! We even gave this location 3 tries. The first time the server ignored us and when he finally asked for our order, we could barely hear what he said.The 2nd time, our order was completely wrong and when we asked for the correct food, we were told that we ordered that. We had the receipt so they had to fix it.Today we went in and the guy at the counter was on the phone. He didn't even acknowledge us, and the 2 cooks in the back were just talking and joking with each other. After waiting a few minutes and still not being acknowledged, we just left. We won't ever be going back to this location! Go to the one by PCC!!!

As I was ordering, my daughter asked to use their bathroom facility . However , I was immediately told we couldn 't use their bathrooms, until we completed our orders. The cashier was extremely rude, and kept yelling, My store ... my rules! When I asked to speak to his manager, he laughed and stated he was the manager, and stated his name was Moises. When I asked manager Moises for the corporate number to file a complaint , the so called manager refused to give me the telephone number insisting I could Google it) it wasn 't until after the 9th or 10th request that manager Moises gave me the corporate number, as he continued his immature chant My store. My rules! Ironically, my daughter and I cancelled our order, and patronized a neighboring restaurant who had no problem allowing us and other customers to use their bathroom, before ordering . Meanwhile, myself and another customer I shared our appalling experience with , noticed manager Moises allow 3 other customers to use their bathroom BEFORE ordering ... none were people of color . It 's clear that the store manager not only has poor customer service, and is racist, but that the franchise owner hires shady managers. Now I know why this restaurant location is always extremely slow in business, and the food doesn 't taste as well at the other locations the management is apparently allowed to practice racism, discrimination, and poor customer service. Do NOT patronize this business !!!!
Haven't been here in around 2 years. I asked what happened to the Asian owner operator. They told me he left in December.I ordered my usual: 2x XXXLs with swiss cheese, bacon, and egg.Not going to speculate what happened or if they've updated their processes, but the current product they serve is much better than what I regularly had two years ago.The key difference is that the Maillard reaction is much more apparent now which makes all the difference. You get a bit of that Smashburger crispy texture and taste.But consistency is key. Maybe I got pampered because there was nobody there. Will update if so.
