Fast service and pizza efficient nothing but, too thin. high prices are definitely not a beautiful cheap place sin very cold position because they have a sort of roof and closed with glass but with door not isolated so it always enters cold air in opening and closing of the door so that the dinner in the air is not very pleasant. if I can afford an isolated tip the entrance with a pre-entry like many other restaurants do

I brought some friends to dinner monopolies, I come from napoli so I tell you that if you love the Neapolitan pizza this place does not for you, if you want, the subtle and crispy pizza then you absolutely have to go, I really liked it!

If you are driving on the Bari to Brindisi highway and want to limit the detour here is a solution. The pizzeria is on the road and appears to be popular. In a region where to eat a bad pizza is difficult they are trying...to distinguish themselves with original pizzas. I has a “white” I.e. no tomato sauce Quattro formaggi from Gargano cheese. Unfortunately the honey just does not work on a pizza as it might with blue cheese. Everybody else’s pizza was good I tried them! There is a fancy beer thing going on too. I would return if I I really didn’t want a detour and they can get rid of the awful illegal parking attendant outside who certainly has no right to intimidate you into giving a Euro or two for (not) looking after your car. Why is this nonsense tolerated still in Italy?

Sightseeing all morning up and down the Adriatic coast in Puglia, trying for find a spot of lunch, we spied the restaurant/trattoria from the motorway, (Fasano to Monopoli). Parked, it was a very pleasant trattoria, spacious and inviting. Staff were helpful, got our drinks (carafe...of red wine) and delicious food. We had antipasti – wow, it was superb, especially the fresh mozzarella and piping hot pizza, thin, crunchy perfect. I have gait/walking challenges (stroke), all sightseeing has to be well-researched and not overly taxing; I wear a legbrace. Very well priced, reasonable and delicious food, we decided to go there again for dinner. Very packed, full of local Italians, it was all age-groups; great vibe, buzzy atmosphere. A celebration was going on (birthday party), another group were all girls having a night out, the table next to us were having a intimate dinner for two. A very good night for us, the food was again fresh and delicious. Awesome atmosphere, good food service, great value.

THE PIZZERIA of the region, foreigners do come early, around rest of the evening is reserved for those who know! The Italians! Eating a pizza here is a real treat, that's to say, fore those who appreciate Italian subtlety, not for the addicted to...an American pizza. Go there now, the pizzaiolo (cook) is working at the oven for more than years, who knows when he retires? Absolutely the best I tasted!
