Mr.mirchi Shawarma And Rotisserie

I've only ever gotten their food delivered to me, and I'm usually satisfied with my order. Unfortunately they're only taking orders through drive thru when I went today, so I couldn't dine in which is why I'm giving them 3/5.

My first time seeing a drive through shawarma place! Genius! The chicken shawarma is good, the cabbage instead of Lettuce adds a yummy crunch. The fries were not salted but they still tasted good. The place is kept clean and the service is excellent!

Alright. This is a typical instance of a franchisee overtaking an operation and failing. This place is using its previous lazeez platform and is selling an off brand version of lazeez. We ordered 3 chicken on the rocks and one wrap. The issues are as follows:1. There is 0 flavour. The chicken did not have seasoning. It wasn’t good.2. The chicken were in giant chunks. They’re called shawarma but the chicken wasn’t shawarma chicken. The chicken were in huge chunks. It was so unappetizing and tasted boiled.3. The garlic sauce was fine but nothing special.4. The chicken was a weird texture. My family didn’t like it and threw it out. The wrap was like a healthy pita pit knock off.It’s just the flavour wasn’t there. It tasted like someone got rice and boiled chicken thighs, then put garlic sauce on top. There was no love or seasoning in the dish.I am highly disappointed and discourage anyone from going here. Today October 15 8 pm they have an offer for national shawarma day I called them to order as they mentioned it in the flyer (order ahead and the phone number) their answer was we don't take phone orders you have to come in, I went to the restaurant and placed my order she took the order didn't mention that they stopped the offer until some one was wondering how come she's taking my order from 5 shawarma and didn't take his. Then she told him there's no offer anymore, and when I asked her she said no more, it's regular price then I canceled it, it was very disappointing and bad experience with them first and last time to go there.

Extremely bad food, not sure how it even has a 3.4?! Seems like people have forgotten what great food should taste like. Chicken was so dry seemed over cooked and old, definitely wasn’t fresh. How these restaurants have repeats, beats me. Wouldn’t even pay $5 for it, quality going backwards.
