Oishi Teri Sushi - Modesto

It was our first time coming here, and the sushi was really really good. We got the lobster roll, vegetarian roll, and the deep fried California. Everything was priced a bit more than any sushi place we’ve been to. The alcoholic drinks are well balanced, not too sweet which a lot of restaurants tend to do. Their isn’t one assigned server, which is good and bad, because two of the people were very friendly and helpful. However the lady that cashed us out at the end seemed inconvenienced.

Nice place.... felt quaint or exclusive, some may say small. Me and my kid enjoyed it for a quick lunch.Kid-friendliness: My 7yo loved it!

The sushi was good, which most are, but the prices were pretty steep. I don't mind paying a little more for a good meal, but face it, it's just a piece of sliced fish on top of rice. As long as it's fresh, it's good.Food: 3/5

Food is great. I go there for lunch mostly. There's only 1 server in the 5 times I was there. It's hard to serve multiple tables, not the server's fault for being overwhelmed.Food: 5/5
