Crudo Modena

My wife and I come here very thick. In our opinion it is the best Japanese restaurant: crazy especially the rainbow uramaki, which is even better than those who do from Benihana in America. The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful, and the local is beautiful (as well as always full because it is good in everything). If I could give you six stars, really congratulations.

As often happens for All you can eat in Modena, it went down with time.. there was at least 4 or 5 times and I noticed that the quality and also the number of dishes to choose from fell definitely. Uramaki insapori, ravioli pessimi, sashimi decent. I wouldn't recommend it.

The best Japan in Modena considering the value for money. Vote 10 for the crispy Bella fry. Excellent nigiri and pink roll beet and spicy.

Sushi with too much rice and that it has the same taste of a piece of cardboard, rubber algae (rembalzava proprio, I ballsed with a uramaki against the wall for ten minutes and looked like a tennis ball, improvised and careless service (they put us half an hour to arrive with the qr code for the menu, and only after having pulled a pawn in the garretto of a waiter after I already asked him two times Also 40 minutes before they start to rush saying to free the table for the next turn: I had spaghetti in the mouth and came a waiter from behind suddenly with hand on the shoulder oh, at 9.15 you have to go. Unique positive things: tempura with truffle, beer and in general raw fish (no exhilarating but not bad). We give two stars instead of one for these last things. We're not coming back.

Quality above average, fast and competent service, prices contained. My favorite sushi!
