Bidrage med feedbackLunch was a mixed experience. The butter chicken was good, but the steamed rice was disappointing. The portion size of the spaghetti and meatballs was small, with only 3 meatballs and minimal sauce. The arancini balls were delicious and highly recommended. The garlic bread was tasty, but could have been cooked a bit longer. The total cost for a family of 5 was almost $170, which was quite expensive considering we only purchased 3 drinks. The spaghetti bolognaise was overpriced at nearly $28 for a small portion, as you can get a larger serving at Fasta Pasta for $10 less. Overall, not the best value for families.
The burnt toast and overcooked bacon at this restaurant have been a recurring issue despite multiple complaints. It seems that they consistently make the same mistake of overcooking the bacon, with some pieces being perfectly cooked while others are burnt to a crisp.
My partner and I have been going to Prio's for over 20 years, ever since the $19 promo they had. We used to love the Schnitzel, which used to cover the entire plate with a side of crispy chips and a delicious salad. However, our recent experience was very disappointing. We ordered two chicken Schnitzels, which turned out to be very small, overcooked pieces that were almost unrecognizable as chicken. The "salad" that came with it was just chopped cabbage, a major letdown. We spent over $60 on this meal and felt it wasn't worth it at all. I have had two disappointing meals at this location recently and will not be returning. I hope Prio's can improve their quality and not prioritize profits over customer satisfaction. It's a shame to see a restaurant decline over time instead of getting better.
The food was good. Not bad, but nothing to write home about. The service was subdued. A hostess greated us at the entrance with menus, but called back over her shoulder as she walked away, “sit anywhere”. Realising they were numbered tables, I got up to order from the counter. The food came out in a reasonable time. Portions are large. With many other options at Tea Tree Plaza, I would think there would friendlier wait staff, however they appeared bored and a little lifeless walking around. The restaurant has no restroom of its own, so you have to leave and walk around to the mall’s public restrooms. I asked if desserts could be put in take away containers as my daughter was getting tired, however was told they can’t do that as the ice cream would melt. Wouldn’t ice cream melt at the table anyway?? I said I’m not bothered if it did. Still they said no they can’t. I ordered a cheesecake from the display and was served something else, but with a takeaway container, which I used to put the pancakes in when they arrived.
Went to primos in ttp today for lunch( 6/01/23) first of all the girl brought the drinks with no glass for my wife we asked her for one but she never came back, then the brought my wifes food and 15 min later they brought mine, to which it was the worst dry pizza i have ever had, And we paid extra for anchovies i got 3 small pieces, for $1.95. you can get a hole jar for 3.00 in the shop, by this time i was getting a bit pissed and when i comforted the balled manger he said that the way pizza comes and that there was anchovies on it, he then said maybe go somewhere else from now on. that's what we will do, so people be careful if you go to primos ttp because the service and food is terrible,
