Sonic Drive-in - Moberly

They must need a new speaker for the drive thru because everything in my order was incorrect.

Food is great, but they NEVER give us any of the condiments we order (no ketchup, no salt). I don't know if they forget or just don't read the receipt.

We mobile ordered 3 drinks. Two tasted like straight carbonation. We went back through to get new drinks. They gave us smaller sizes than what we paid for. Only person that was nice was the original girl who brought us our drinks. Second girl in the drive through window wasn’t very friendly.

Ordered a rte44 cherry limeade and it didn't come with cherries or limes. The soda barely had any grenadine in it. Not coming back. Shame for a small town sonic to not have good limeades.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place has seriously gone downhill this past year. There is a problem with every single order. Today I waited ten minutes for anyone to even answer the kiosk. Submitted an order was brought half of my order correctly and the other half not there. They included three extra corn dogs that I didn't order and they told me to keep them. Then they brought out what I thought was my original order only to find out they didn't include all of it once again. The girl with the purple lashes was sweet and apologetic. But having this be it for us, we won't be back. Maybe start drug testing your employees cause they're probably too high to know what they're even doing.
