Expert packing, good service. Was a darker color than expected but beautiful.

Product came on time but is clearly broken (one can clearly see it is broken without even unpacking it). It is admittedly speculation on my part but since there are no apparent loose parts inside the packaging, this product definitely looks like it was broken before J Lee Decor and Gifts even boxed it up and sent it. Product came quickly and it looks great! I appreciate that they were able to get it to me despite me inputting the wrong address without any hassle.

Took a while to get the products. Purchased together but but received separately. Both products were just as advertised.

Placed an order on 11/12/22 and it still hasn’t shipped as of 12/5/22 despite promises via email that it would ship “next week” and “tomorrow” when inquiries made about status 6 days and 2.5 weeks, respectively, after order was placed.
