Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

Unfortunately the restaurant has closed the doors indefinitely by personal problems. it was a great place to get a burger and beer. I'm sad they had to close their doors. food: 5/5

So I have an absolutely müllgeschichte with this chain restaurant that I was in a tonne of these restaurants and it became a sweat. I never have what I ordered, or it was not properly cooked (or it was cold) as I met the Missoula branch my expectations float just about food poisoning. these young shocked me by cooking my burger correctly and 2 gave me the burger I actually ordered. you should send young in alaska, texas, nevada, oklahoma and new Mexico branches. child-friendly: this place always makes fun for my children with their own child-friendly meals

The last time I tried to go, they were closed with nothing. I went back today and there was a 1 and a half wait for short staffs. service was slow. I asked for a dr. pfeffer who never came. the chicken salad had a very small chicken in it. bathroom were dirty. fries were hot and fresh. waiter was friendly.

When I lived in Missoula, this place was great, but now I live four hours away. I visited the city three times last month for various reasons and tried to eat five times during this visit at red robin. I was shut down every time because of a lack of staff until 18:45, and was told that I won't go. It's probably great when you get in earlier, but I can't. the employees themselves are brilliant and friendly, the food smells great, but the management is always rude when they come to the front to talk to customers. other restaurants in the city that always pay better have employees who appear. Maybe if red robin did the same, they wouldn't have this problem. I'm surprised they didn't quite close it.

The service was good, the food was sub par. The burger patties were overcooked. Pretty discouraging for a $94 meal for 4 people. For that kind of money we should have gotten much better food. We don't plan on ever trying it again.
