Domino's Pizza - Mississauga

On Aug 19th my frnd paced an order for 2x cheesy breadsticks and chicken wings. But both the cheesy breadsticks delivered were under cooked and soggy, hence we called the store and requested a refund ONLY for the breadsticks which was $12.98. The staff over the phone denied for refund but offered 50% store credit for the next order or redeliver the same item or a small 2- topping pizza. We just requested a refund, upon which the staff asked us to send the picture of the breadsticks on a PERSONAL CELL PHONE , which was totally inappropriate but still we sent the pictures. The staff told us that they will process a refund at EOD but instead we get a call saying that the store manager will call on Monday to process a refund and yet we haven’t got a call nor a refund confirmation. I am flabbergasted with this treatment that too for $12.98. And honestly it’s not about the refund but the way we were been treated.A total disappointing experience- the food was nasty and the customer service was awful. I wanted to give no stars at all if there was an option. I believe the store owner should pay attention to the ethics the staff is using towards their customers and the Dominos head office should redress this situation and make sure that their customers are being treated well.

Sort of expensive. Customer service had me wait there for quite a while. Interesting decor. Maybe this location will fall like a dominoe.

Before you pay for your pizza, make sure to check it as often the toppings you requested will be missing and they don't bother to inform you. This has happened to us twice now. When we called to inquire about the missing toppings, sometimes they put us on hold so we would hang up. They then claimed that we forgot to mention that those toppings were not available, but they still charged us for them. Customer service no longer seems to care about complaints. It's best to avoid this store.

The order was supposed to arrive in 42-52 minutes, but it has been 80 minutes and there is still no sight of it. The manager of the store, Manan, was very rude and said he cannot guarantee delivery times. The order has been showing as delivered for the past 40 minutes. It is disappointing to experience a manager being rude to customers.

Pizza was ready on time. The pizza tastes good and looks nice. Staff was nice too.
