Starving at hospital came late after 8:15 they were busy( good sign) seated and ordered fairly quickly. Had the chicken Kebob plate with a grilled meat kebob too! So much food! Absolutely THE BEST FOOD! So well prepared delicious fresh and so tasty! Took home 1/2 my plate for lunch tomorrow! Reminds me of my days in Hollywood and all the Persian restaurants I went too! Amazing! I’ll be back! !(Wine glass please fill up hate the 1/2 pour otherwise superb! Thank u

Their salad was not fresh and the lettuce leaves were old and mushy .The portion of salad was very small compared to what they served previously.The servers are very rude and don’t listen and care about customer request.The Mexican girl who was our server on Saturday night refused to do anything we asked and we had to ask from others to bring us what we wanted , then interestingly at the end she just came and asked if we wanted the check and she brought pen afterwards for tip. She expected for tips although she didn’t do anything for us but bringing in the check !

Shame on this restaurant with many branches to make customer nervous for bunch of lettuce leaves .We ordered 2 Salmon kabob with two sides of Greek and Roman avocado salad for each .I made clear many times to the server that I wanted salad separate from the kabob for each dish He was in rush taking our order and did not pay attention to my order .He brought one plate of Greek salad and one plate of Roman avocado although I had asked separate for each person .We asked them to bring separate and the server wanted to take the plates from our table and split it on the back but he told us they’re gonna make new ones .I asked to leave the salads on the table , bring new ones then take those back First they came and said the chef refused to make us new separate salads ,then a very nice lady named Ladan came to our table and brought new salads for us but unfortunately the Greek salad was mixed with sweet balsamic dressing which I did not like .The Greek salad dressing is always with lemon and olive oil dressing everywhere not balsamic dressing .I asked them to change my salad since I didn’t like the sweet balsamic and they brought a small plate , half full with mushy lettuce leaves for me .I think the chef made it in purpose to offset the separate salads that he maid for us .They made us so nervous tonight just for a simple salad .I did not enjoy my food .Panini resturant is short in customer service .They make customer not enjoying food because of bunch of lettuce leaves that hey regret to offer even for their server’s fault .

The manager of this store is very rigid. I called in after my online order to ask for one extra salad dressing since I could not add it on Doordash. I was told that it is an extra charge of $1.07 in which I agreed to pay. Manager told me that I cannot pay unless I come in to pick it up. All this over a side of extra dressing . Please add side orders to your menu and be more flexible with your regular customers. I love Panini, but I will not be ordering from this location. The manager is very unreasonable
