Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Mishawaka

Surprised I got my food correct the first time. Employees seem unhappy they take forever. Normally my order is correct. Try not to over complicate it with more than one meal. Not Allowed to sit in the dining room.

Went to Popeyes for the first time ever. I was so excited. We went into the lobby and ordered. I was so excited because the chicken looked amazing. I even gave the manager a compliment about the food. We were given our drinks and we sat down to eat. About 10 minutes later. (When we we’re almost done) A worker came from the back and said that the lobby was closed. The worker proceeded to tell us that we were told the lobby was closed and that “we snuck around to a table to hide and eat.” I responded by saying that we were not told as we gathered our stuff. The staff member proceeded to tell us, “well I’m telling you, the lobby is closed.” We apologized and left. I looked for signs saying the lobby was closed and there was none. Plus, there was remnants of food on all the tables. I’m still confused but I wasn’t going to argue. The food was great but we will probably never return. I’m deaf in one ear (I have a tendency to listen very closely) but even the person I was with didn’t hear anything except the thank you we received initially. I feel bad for anyone who has a hearing issue. They really need to post signs or even lock the lobby if it’s “closed”.

Would not recommend using a credit card at this location. Card was used fraudulently after purchase. Manager was pleasant, however the inconvenience and nearly $1400 in charges is not something anyone should have to go through.

Do NOT purchase a $40 family meal. Stick to chicken sandwich or a la carte. =Beware =Popeyes is TriFrying their chicken. Chicken that is not sold is dropped back in the grease 3x!! Look at the darkness of this chicken. Don't expect fresh fried chicken. It tasted TriFried too! Like old grease. And they jacked up the sides. Charged me extra for Mac n Cheese and did not put it in the bag. Instead all my sides was Mashed Potatoes when I had 3 different ones on my order. Popeyes is joining KFC who selling small Cornish hens pieces, selling at real chicken size price and Popeyes is recycling chicken.They just don't care anymore, just want your buck$ You've been warned.

Best spicy chicken sandwich I've had from a Popeyes. Freshly cooked chicken crispy, very impressed. Could always use more sauce but overall delicious.
