Attention, pray for your food every time you eat something or go to a restaurant like this. If this is a franchise owned establishment, Domino's corporate office should come clean this place up!! Customer service both in person and over the phone is awful. The drivers speaks next to no English, constantly gets upset with the customers due to their lack of map knowledge for the Miramar area. This place is always understaffed. I've filed multiple complaints on this establishment delivering cold pizzas and having up the phone on you when you call in to report. Won't ever do business here again.
Pizza was perfect, even the Parmesan bits and cinnamon bread drills were delicious! It is only complaining that I have not received the garlic or the mango habanero dip cups I ordered and paid. I also ordered 2 LTR Fuze ice tea and I received minute Maid lemonade (which I don't like). Other than that, Pizza came here fast and delivery guy Moises was on time!
Very poor customer service. Eating is never ready even though the computer says ready for pickup. most of the time there are items that are missing from the purchase and the pizzas are not cut. I've often addressed this and the excuse is always busy. with so many food options I will no longer give them my business. Didn't know that there were so many bad reviews of this place. It's amazing they're still open.
I almost always have a problem with this place. I ordered three pizzas and an order of bread sticks online. When my husband arrives, the girl at the front has too much attitude and is super busy talking about tampons. When my husband comes home, he misses a pizza. I'm calling, I'm stopped for 10 minutes. My husband calls from his phone, is stopped, but is helped before me (I was still under control). He explained to her that he was missing a pizza, she gave him a stance and made it as if it was his fault that we were missing a pizza. He told her to reimburse the one pizza to tell him they couldn't. He asked for a manager. Pro managers can not only refund a pizza, they need to refund the complete order and recharge the correct amount. He said, okay. But then the manager offered to refund the entire order. A long story... the point is, people in this place don't want to work. This situation must fire and rebuild most employees. I'm not going to order from this place again. P.S. The manager was very nice and apparently she made the pizza. Thanks for the refund.
